This policy covers this website and the personal data of our business partners and their contact people.

Data used in SMS campaigns is handled by database providers and advertisers under their own privacy policies. We handle such data only as a processor where this is agreed in writing.

• Contact form data: name, company, role, preferred model, GEOs, expected volume, how you heard about us, Telegram handle or email, and your message.
• Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, pages visited and time spent.

Under GDPR Article 6 we rely on these legal bases:

• responding to enquiries and onboarding partners - steps before entering a contract and our legitimate interest in growing our business (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f));

• keeping the Site secure and preventing fraud - legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f));
• meeting legal, tax and accounting duties - legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)).

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures, such as encrypted connections and limited access, to protect personal data. No method of transmission over the internet is fully secure.

The Site is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a minor has sent us data, contact us and we will delete it.
